On Arrival at the Event
What to BRING with you to registration
- Your Team15 race vest; make sure you register your correct number.
- Your signed parent/guardian declaration form.
- Your RYA membership card.
- Your entry fee (maximum of £5 per sailor, per event); if applicable.
What to COLLECT from registration
- If you don't have an A3 size Team15 sail sticker on your sail, collect one and stick it on your dry sail.
- If you're a zone windsurfing squad sailor, collect a red streamer and make sure this is tied to your sail.
- If you're not in a team, or your team is full, collect a black Team15 race vest & register the correct number.
- If your club doesn't have a set of Team15 race vests collect a black Team15 race vest & register the correct number.
What to EXPECT at registration
At the registration desk there will be a large sheet of paper that has everyone's details on it such as your name, your club, what fleet you're sailing in, etc. If you registered successfully online, you will need to read the details for your entry and make sure that you are happy with all the information listed. It is especially important that you know what race vest number you are using on the day, and you check that we have the right number registered for you, so that your results get counted. You will need to sign to say everything is correct and you must hand in your signed 'parent/guardian declaration form' sent to you when registering online.
For those who didn't manage to successfully register online before the deadline (Tuesday evening before the event), you will need to complete an entry form and a medical form at registration. You will have to sign these forms and so will a parent or guardian, and since this process will take a little longer, please make sure you leave yourself plenty of time.
