29er XX selected for Olympics
The recent ISAF Conference saw some amazing comings and goings, with the 29er XX looking like it had been selected as the Women's doublehander, a big surprise as everyone was expecting status quo for the dinghy classes at least. By Friday, the ISAF Council had overruled the recommendation and we were back to the 470. Online Entry
The SailRacer Online Entry System has been a tremendous success, processing over 7,000 entries across a wide range of events and classes, including Optimists to 49ers, windsurfers to yachts etc. The system has also been used for booking of other events, such as training courses and socials, also for online membership renewals. We have received many positive comments from both competitors and event organisers alike, who have experienced the benefits of online entry. We will be releasing Version 2 of the system which will boost very many enhancements for both event organisers and competitors.
