Selection Guidelines Racing will take place in Dinghies and Windsurfers in the following classes:
Dinghies:

Topper (entries will be accepted from 4.2m rigs, but there will be no separate fleet- choice of rigs can not be changed after entry)

Mirror

Cadet
-
Optimist
Individuals who are members of any dinghy or Windsurf National Junior, Intermediate or development squads are not eligible.
Crews who are members of an RYA or Class National Junior Squad as a helm or crew are not eligible. Helms who are crewing within a national Junior Squad (and members of the appropriate Zone/Home Country squad) may enter.
Windsurfers:

All sailors shall be members of the Zone or home country Squad which they are representing.
For Singlehanders (dinghies): In order to bring a full team (of eight boats) each team must consists of a minimum of two female and two male helms. If a squad has only one female/male helm then the team shall consist of a total of seven. If a squad has no females/males then it shall consist of a maximum of six.
Each HPM may send a team consisting of a maximum of:
Optimists Teams of up to 8 boats.
Toppers Teams of up to 8 boats.
For Doublehanders:
Cadet Open entry (for Zone squad sailors).
Mirror Open entry (for Zone squad sailors).
Windsurfers Open entry (for Zone squad sailors).
Only sailors nominated to attend by their High Performance Manager and registered on-line at the event web-site of the RYA by the Friday the 20th of April 2007 will be accepted. There will be no exceptions.
